Sc. in Energy System and Management, University of Flensburg, Germany, (2004) and B.E. in Civil Engineering, Institute of Engineering, Pulchowk, Tribhuvan University (T.U.), Nepal, (1992), who has over 20 years of experience in the field of renewable energy, infrastructure and operational logistic. During these 20 years of professional experience, he has working as project engineer, technical director, renewable energy expertand executive chairman. |
| He is a professional in training coordinator, micro/mini hydro power, solar PV, biogas (Waste to Energy and Environment Project), wind power, energy planning, building design/supervision, financial management and rural development. |

Prashun Ratna Bajracharya, a Nepali National and one of the founders of Motherland Energy Group Pvt. Ltd. He has M. Sc. degree in Renewable Energy from University of Oldenburg, Germany and M. Sc in Statistic from Tribhuvan University – Kathmandu, Nepal. He has an experience over 13 years in renewable energy. He has implemented planning annual work, administrative management, proposal and report writing, coordinating and conducting various training, seminars, workshops and study tour, conduct promotion and extension activities, |
| Design and development of institutional biogas plant for waste management and integrate waste water treatment plant, prepare progress and program reports, develop institutional linkages, monitoring and evaluation of various activities under UCS, financial management and business development. Before MEG he worked at Nepal Biogas Promotion Group (NBPG) and Nepal Renewable Energy Development Company Pvt. Ltd. (NREDC)- Sister Organization of NBPG) as a Programme Manager. |
